A powerful three-hour in-person session combining formal counselling, intuitive reflection, and deep energy healing. This immersive experience is designed to support emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and soul alignment.

Hour 1

Counselling & Sound Bowl Ceremony

Begin with herbal tea, grounding and a sound bowl ceremony to settle your nervous system. Using Motivational Interviewing, we explore core emotional themes and unconscious patterns.

Hour 2

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Life Path Reflection

Shift into Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to reorganise your internal narrative, then receive an intuitive Life Path Reading for fresh clarity and empowerment.

Hour 3

Reiki, Breathwork & Energy Healing

Traditional Reiki, Somatic Breathwork and Pranic techniques release emotional blocks and elevate your energy field.
